I can't believe the high ratings this place consistently receives, not only on here but from professional critics, so I really feel compelled to push back on them. I used to live Zahav's menu is a set/price fix of $72 per person. We were a party of 6 and they definitely did a good job making sure there was enough of everything. The first course of vegetable spreads and hummus was awesome. All of the spreads had their own unique flavor. The bread is very seasoned and tasty. Zahav is very much the latter.
